The Parachute Club are one of Canada's most critically acclaimed and commercially successful music groups.
Known for their socially conscious lyrics and use of Latin and Caribbean rhythms in their music - P. Club (as they are known to their fans) won many awards in the '80s including five Junos, five Casbys, and several gold and platinum albums. To this day, songs such as "Rise Up," "At the Feet of the Moon," "Love is Fire," and "Love and Compassion" remain as staples on Canadian radio.
The current line-up of The Parachute Club includes original members Lorraine Segato (vocals), David Gray (guitar) Billy Bryans (drums) and Keir Brownstone (base) who are joined by the new generation of Toronto's multicultural music including Chendy Leon Jr, Rebecca Campbell and Glenda Del Monte.
