When in the office, all LTA staff members are expected to return phone calls within one business day. Please include phone numbers in all email correspondence. While some queries may be responded to quickly by email, we appreciate the opportunity to do business more personally by phone wherever possible.

Doug Kirby - CEO, Agent, Ext. 223

Doug oversees LTA's business operations. He is responsible for developing new business, strategizing, and marketing. As an entertainment entrepreneur for over 30 years and as a former agent, artist manager, and Entertainment Director of Copps Coliseum (capacity 18,000) and Hamilton Place Theatre (capacity 2,200), Doug has worked with some of the biggest artists in show business.

Jeff Andrusyk - Agent, Ext. 236

In addition to his role as the Responsible Agent for select LTA clients, Jeff has been booking tours for LTA's artists throughout western Canada, the Northwestern US and California since joing LTA in 2005. Jeff's knowledge and appreciation of all types of music ranges from classic to contemporary rock through to jazz, blues, folk and beyond.

Dana Kirby - Agent, Ext. 226

Having joined the company in 2001 shortly after its inception, Dana is the responsible agent for a variety of LTA artists ranging from singer-songwriters to comedic celebrities. Having established an extensive contact network, placing his artists with performing arts presenters, music festivals and concert promoters throughout North America, Dana appreciates artist's who really connect with their audiences. In 2004, Dana was honored as the BC Touring Council's Agent of the Year.

Bob Wilson - Agent, Ext. 242

Bob comes to LTA from an extensive background in communications and media where he's served as a journalist, and as a consultant and producer on both radio and television. His extensive background and knowledge in the folk and roots scene has seen him as an artist manager with a network of contacts from booking and promoting his represented clients.

Tom Treumuth - Agent/Production/Management/Label Consultant, Ext. 237

Tom Treumuth is a veteran of many aspects of the music industry. He's been heavily involved in artist management, booking and major concert promotions. He's worked A&R for RCA in the US and been signed to BMG Publishing as a writer. His own label, Hypnotic has released over 50 recordings. Tom's record productions now number over 60 projects, including 9 gold and platinum albums.

Rian Malloch - Agent, Ext. 238

Joining us recently, Rian Malloch brings to LTA his diverse experience as an independent concert promoter, artist manager and touring musician. Rian has been involved in these various areas of music since he was 17 in Eastern Ontario and will be focusing his agent duties specifically towards the blues and rock markets.

Carlo Di Battista - Agent, Ext. 239

Carlo has been deeply ensconced in the music business for well over 25 years as a booking agent, touring musician, bandleader, musical director, and composer. Carlo's area of specialty focusses on bookings of theatrical music tribute productions for performing arts centres and corporate events.

Tony is responsible for college, university, and special event bookings. With 20 years booking experience in Canada, the US and internationally, Tony has developed unprecedented artist representation. From being a promoter, venue manager, and talent buyer to being one of the industry's top touring performers, Tony has worked on over 10,000 shows throughout his career.

Joan Kirby - Director of Administration, Ext. 225

Joan is responsible for all accounting, artist immigration, and artist grant applications. She is one of Toronto's top accountants in the fields of music, television and film. With over 30 years of music industry experience, Joan has special expertise in government tax credit submissions for both the recording and film industries.

Cate McLeod - Contracts and Promo Administrator - Ext. 233

Cate handles contract traffic and coordinates all incoming and outgoing promotional material. With a background in the arts, media and office work, Cate brings her unique work experience to LTA. She has done commercial acting, singing and on-air voice work in broadcasting. Cate has also worked on the administrative side of radio in Calgary and Winnipeg.

Kathy Kirby - Admin. Assistant, Accounting and Conferences, Ext. 230

Kathy is responsible for artist showcase applications, coordinating all industry conference logistics, advertisements, and registration for LTA staff. With a degree in business and strong administrative skills, Kathy also works with Joan and Cate with accounting, administration, and contracts.

Bo Lee - Director, Information Systems

Directing LTA's information systems, Bo programs LTA's custom booking software. As a computer programmer, Bo has 13 years of IT experience, technology integration, project management, and budget control. As an arts administrator, Bo managed a professional orchestra of 94 full-time musicians, produced orchestral pops concerts, and promoted orchestral tours.

Greg Torrington - Manager A&R, Creative and Data, Ext. 229

Greg is responsible for new artist submissions, writing and editing artist profile descriptions, advertisement artwork, as well as database and website maintenance. Greg's extensive 30-year plus background in the music business includes being an A&R Manager at Warner Music, Music Director at CHEZ-FM Ottawa, artist manager, and music journalist.
